OCTATHLON - 6 week progressive conditioning and endurance programme.

Using Cardio Vascular and weight bearing exercise.

You will need to commit to the 6 weeks if you take part.

Sessions free of charge - petrol will need to be covered for drivers.

Saturday 21st August 2010 - Watton Hockey Club Open Day

From 10am til 2pm why not come along to Watton Sorts Centre, Gallery Bar, in Watton and take part in a day of hockey, socialising and fun.

All welcome - young, old....even if you've never played hockey! If you don't want to play hockey, just watch in the sunshine (hopefully) and enjoy some food from the BBQ and a drink or two :0)

All kit will be on sale and there will be bargains!!
 
Signing on forms and CRB forms to be completed on the day.
